Order Status & Tracking


Order Confirmation
After you place your order, you will receive two emails:

1.

 The first will arrive within 24 hours and confirms that your order was received.

2.

 The second will arrive when your order is shipped.


You can always check the status of your order by clicking the Track Order link provided in your shipment confirmation email, or by visiting the My Account section of our website.


Order Status and Tracking
It is easy to track your order at any time:

1.

 Visit our Track Order page and enter your order number and ship-to zip code.

2.

 Sign in through the My Account section to view Your Order History. Here you will find details about all orders you have placed with us.

3.

 On the Order Details page, you will find the items in your order, the shipping address, shipping method, payment details and return information.

4.

 On the Shipment Summary page, you will find the status and details from the shipping carrier's tracking service.

5.

 When we send an order in multiple packages, we will provide tracking information for each package and details about which items are in which package.
