comfortable shoe This shoe is attractive and comfortable. Wanted a comfortable shoe that was not an athletic shoe and this was perfect. November 8, 2014
Clarks Wave Wheel I tried these she's on in the store and my foot immediately relaxed, I could not believe it. I where a 7W and they fit perfect. but then after wearing them I find the shoe very hard and stiff, it has little to no cushioning. the sides of the shoes are very stiff and made my feet sore. My feet hurt all night when I get home. I am not taking them back. I put a Dr. Scholls shoe cushion in. I took out the original clarks insole and put in Dr. Scholls then put the original clarks insole on top of it. So far they feel very cushioned like nurses shoes. They should come that way. I believe that if I can put TWO insoles in the shoe something is missing from Clarks end. By inserting the Dr. Scholls I'm wondering if I am taking away of the affect of the "wave" the shoe is known for? I don't know. But I will wear these they are made very well and I hope the for the best. Will not repurchase. Or were my shoes defective? November 2, 2014
This is my "go to" walk around the city shoe in winter. I live in the city and do a lot of walking. I used to have to wear sneakers to be comfortable, but a few years ago I found Clarks Wave shoes. They were so great, I bought the same ones this year, because I want to make sure I have a new pair when the old ones wear out!! I buy the black nubuck and they look good with jeans as well as tailored pants. October 25, 2014
Not the same shoe I loved I have very wide feet making it hard for me to find shoes that fit and don't look like ugly orthopedic shoes so I was happy to find the Wave Wheel 3 years ago. However, the workmanship of this shoe has gone downhill since then. When I purchased my first pair they fit right out of the box, were super soft, and had great cushioning and support. The new pairs are the exact opposite: they are hard, stiff, have hard insoles, the tongue seems to dig into me, and the heel is too low cut so my foot slips out when I walk. I have tried multiple pairs and they are all the same. The only good thing about them is that they are still wide enough for me, but I will still be returning them. October 23, 2014
Comfortable shoes! These shoes are very comfortable for walking and sitting. October 19, 2014
Love them I have a wide foot and ordered wide. It was slightly on the narrow side. They are so comfortable. No break in period. I walk 2 to 6 miles a day with no problem. October 18, 2014
Strange bump in the ball of the shoe I've worn Wave Treks for years now, and thought this Wave Wheel shoe might be a bit dressier looking for work. The shoe had an odd bump under the ball of the foot. It is something strange in the design of the sole - maybe it has to do with "propelling the foot forward"? Anyway, it felt so odd that I returned the shoes ASAP and just bought another pair of the Wave Treks. Also, the shoe has an old-lady kind of look to it. I was not impressed. November 12, 2014
Old-lady look These shoes had so much of an "old-lady" look that I could not even try them on! I sent them directly back. I thought they would be a nice alternative to a tennis shoe for walking around the city, but I just could not wear them. I'd recommend the Wave Trek instead. I love, love, love my Wave Treks. Comfortable Shoe This is my second pair of the wave wheel. I bought it because the first pair was so comfortable; I'm on my feet all day and I have back and leg problems so I need good support. The last pair kept my legs and back from hurting but this pair doesn't seem quite as supportive. I still get achy sometimes if I'm on my feet a lot. Plus, the new shoelaces are slicker and they keep coming unlaced. So while I am mostly satisfied with these shoes, I am a little disappointed and wondering if they changed the quality or design for this shoe. November 10, 2014
Good Shoe Good shoe as usual for a Clark's product. I will use for long days on my feet. November 10, 2014
Nice shoe but "wide" is too narrow. This is a nice shoe and good quality but the "wide" width is not wide enough. I thought the leather would stretch after a few wearings but it hasn't. I have bunions and my foot goes numb and is in pain with these shoes. If you don't have a wide foot they will probably be fine. I bought them in a 9.5 wide. Wish I had returned them. November 9, 2014
Oh YES I did! I've been looking for a really cute, comfortable shoe and this is the one I've been looking for. It's like an old friend...just plain comfortable. I'm thrilled beyond words AND thanks for having it on sale, too! November 9, 2014
The shoes were comfortable from the start! I needed some shoes for work - on my feet all day. I wore them to work and took along another pair of shoes, just in case. I wore them all day and had no problem at all. Very comfortable and liked how they helped me walk better with the curved sole. Very pleased with these shoes! November 4, 2014
Extremely comfortable! These are extremely comfortable shoes! Good support and enough room in the toe box. A winner. November 1, 2014
Very good for exercise or town These are the most comfortable tennies I have ever owned. The price is rather high, but the quality is also excellent. Impressive support. I wear it for both exercise in gym and walkabout in town. The sharp appearance is good, too. October 29, 2014
