I got theee for my husband who reports they are pretty comfortable - a lot more so than precious dress shoes and a nice color.

Rated 5 out of 5 by DavidNC111 Great British Traditional design at a fraction of the pricd
I bought these as everyday smart/ casual wear to go with jeans and up. Love the design and comfort. Wish the leather wasn't spool shiney, almost looks synthetic. I dulled it with nourishing heapbhair conditioner (a great someone gave for for keeping g leather supple). That took the i tense shine off. Would re. Bit thin would prefer something chunkier. So may get them resolved at some point with vibrant sole and then they look like a British hunting shoe

Rated 5 out of 5 by None2give Bostonian Kinnen Cap
This is my second pair, first pair lasted 12 years, re-soled 3Xs. I was expecting leather soles but the manmade will last longer. Great shoe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jakad Outstanding fit and very comfortable.
Broken in after wearing once. Much more comfortable than my similar style shoes with leather soles. Highly recommended for that classic look that never goes out of style.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Andrew564915 Overall Decent Shoe
Not any more comfortable than most decent dress shoes, but overall a great value and good shoe. I'll probably get 10-12 months out of this shoe, which is about average for me, before I deem it too beat up or ugly to keep wearing. The creasing of the toe area is more pronounced than I expected, but not too much of a big deal. Again, they were a great value on sale and fit my needs. I did not read the description or website closely, and I thought I was purchasing a Clark's branded shoe, did not realize they also listed Bostonian branded shoes. Not a big deal.

Rated 3 out of 5 by architectpaul Unexpectedly disappointing Clark shoe
First, let me stress that I am a happy Clark's customer. I have purchased six pairs of Tuscano shoes, two pair at a time, that I was able to wear on alternating days for three or more years per pair of pairs. I got excellent service from the Tuscano shoes, but when it was time to buy two more pair, they were no longer being sold by Clark's.
I bought two pair of the Kinnon shoes as a hoped-for replacement for the out-of-production Tuscanos, and I had a fine online ordering experience. The shoes arrived very quickly, but I was disappointed on several levels. First, the Kinnon shoes did not look like the uppers were leather, although the material was indeed leather. The shoes appeared to by made of plastic. The soles were unacceptably slippery on the hardwood flooring at my home, and lastly, the leather uppers buckled/crimped/wrinkled badly during the short two or three hours I wore one pair.
I went back to Clark's online store, where I found the Bardwell shoe. It looked much like my favorite Tuscano shoes, and I returned the Kinnon shoes and ordered two pair of Bardwell shoes. The return process was very easy and painless. The Bardwell shoes arrived quickly, and the refund to my charge account was credited quickly, as well. The Bardwell shoes are much closer to the Tuscano shoes, and I am very satisfied with them.
