Wearing the Wallabee Boot is like wearing a moccasin with a harder sole. Very comfortable for everyday wear. Quality workmanship as usually from Clark Shoes!

I have been wearing Wallabee boots since I was a teen. I am now 63 yrs old and would not trade these shoes for a million bucks. Best fit, most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever owned. I will never stop wearing these shoes, so don't stop making them! Thanks to Clarks my feet never hurt! Great job!!!!!!!

I love Wallabees. Truly. The last couple pairs I bought, though, have been of lesser quality. The weight, the laces, the insole... they all just feel like an inferior product. But with the same price tag.
Still a classic looking shoe, but I'm seriously bummed.

The beeswax wallabees I bought are very comfortable but scratch very easily, as soon as I got the package they were already a little scratched other than that their a great show

Rated 3 out of 5 by begeman Best walking shoe until changes were made.
I have been a customer since the 60's wearing the Wallabees daily. When I put my latest pair into service I was shocked to find you had made changes to the Original Boot. I see by your loyal users reviewers they are not in favor of changes to either. Removing cushion inner- sole, lighter in weight, tight fit, tin cotton shoe laces and changing custom arch support are not changes I would ever make in the greatest walking shoe I have owned. The fact than my old inner-sole won't fit in my new boots proves to me they are not the same 7M I have wore for 50 years......Why ?????

Rated 3 out of 5 by mau012345 cute but impractical
I like this style of shoes and Clarks produces a very beautiful version of them. That's all the good I can say about these shoes. I own a previous model of this same shoe and it was most definitely better. This current version is really uncomfortable. Additionally, if you wear these shoes in cold climates, be prepared to frozen feet. It is a shame: Clarks could have increased the price of about 15-20 US dollars and produced a real killer. As it is, this shoe is for those who exclusively care about looks...

First pair of smooth leather wallabee's I've owned. Was looking for a pair in a Olive Green suede , but those aren't made anymore, so I bought these instead. Fit just as well as the suede style, very soft leather conforms to foot like a pair of old bedroom shoes. Very happy I bought these and would recommend these to anyone wanting a dressier shoe. I wear these to church with dress slacks and shirt and feed very comfortable and relaxed.

3rd pair of Wallabees I have bought for my boyfriend. He LOVES how they can be worn dressy or causual. Super comfortable and the dark leather is beautiful. He will be very happy when he opens these this Christmas!

Rated 4 out of 5 by melissany Cannot find the women's version
Desperate for this style in the women's version, I bought the smallest size in the men's. The length was good at size 6 for my 6.5 feet, but it appears slightly wide outside and was a little loose in the fit, so there's space that needed to be filled in by a thicker orthotic. Other reviewers are right that Wallabees no longer had removable insoles. I had to add another liner anyway, as the original Clarks liners are too slippery, and there isn't enough grip to keep my feet from moving inside the already slightly loose shoe. Walking in the Clarks liners was painful even at the hips. had the same problem with the lighter shade suede pair I've had in the same style for 3 years now, so I replaced that, and they feel better now when I walk. I've been looking for this honey brown leather in the women's version for ages, but it seems that Clarks no longer manufactures them for women; so this version will have to do.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Andrew295 Heel cracked/collapsed after less than 1 year
Love the comfort, seem well made. But the heel cracked less than a year after I bought them (and I didn't wear them at all during the summer months.) The crack affected the support, which meant my ankle tilted and my knee ended up sore. I own three pairs of Clark's shoes and love 'em, mostly. I can't return this pair (had them too long according to the policy.) On that matter, the policy says you can only return unworn products. Whaa? How would you know that it needed to be returned if it you never wore it? Wish the company would repair shoes itself. I'd pay to fix because of the overall comfort.

Truly a pleasure to wear. I wear them for both casual and dress. Many complements I have had in both dress and casual wear wanting to know where I got them.

A very comfortable shoe to wear. I have had many commits on the shoe and where I got them. I highly reccommend them for anyone.

Over the past 12 years I have owned 6 pairs of Wallabee Boots in beeswax. The construction, fit, and look have always remained consistently great so year after year I would always order another pair.
Unfortunately, this year, the Clarks company changed the shoe completely. It is poorly made and very uncomfortable. As soon as you pull them out of the box you can tell that they are different; they are lighter, the leather has a more of a plastic feel to it, and the once comfy insole is non-existent. They were returned as soon as they were opened.
I wish companies would respect quality construction instead of trying to compete with big box chain stores. I will no longer be purchasing shoes from Clarks until their product quality improves.
