How to Polish and Restore Leather Boots

Why Does Leather Need to be Restored?

Have you ever gone to take your favorite pair of leather boots out from the closet for a fun night out with friends only to find yourself asking… whose dull and worn out pair are these, and how did they get in my closet?

Although a naturally durable material, over time leather can become worn and distressed if not maintained properly. When leather boots are made, oil is added to the material to help moisturize and prevent it from drying out and cracking. As the leather ages, however, the oil is slowly pulled out, causing the leather to become increasingly dull and dried out. Fortunately, there are several ways to bring the leather back to life, restoring the shine and luster you love for many more years to come.
