Rated 5 out of 5 by Lovemydog Love these boots!
I received these boots for Christmas and just tried them on. They are so comfy, and for me, true to size, and enough for heavy socks. I noticed in another review a woman said they were NOT leather because nowhere on the boot did it say leather. Well, yes they are leather. True, it doesn't say so in the boot, but on the outside sole of the boot there is a sticker that clearly says "leather upper".

Rated 5 out of 5 by sterlink Love it - warm and waterproof
The first time I wore these I went for a hike... figured I'd cut it short but ended up going almost 3 miles. These shoes are COMFY!
I have big feet. Size 11-12. I ordered size 12 and they are perfect fit with with normal or warm socks.
I wanted something I could wear daily, both to work and out... with both jeans and a skirt. These are perfect, and I like the brown leather.
I sprayed them with your basic leather waterproofing sealant. So far I have had no issues. No seeping through with puddles. I've worn them through multiple snowy adventures. Feet stay warm and dry. Traction is great! These are my current go to shoe for everything, and I live in Alaska. =) Now I only need to break out the real snow boots when it's 8 inches deep or more. ;)

Rated 5 out of 5 by KimNC Very Comfortable
My feet across the toes have become wider over the years and I have problems finding shoes that are comfortable. I bought these boots, size 7 1/2 (depending on the shoe I wear a 7 or 7 1/2), and am very pleased with how comfortable they are, especially across the toe box. I wore them on a weekend trip to Baltimore, did a lot of walking, and my feet never hurt. They were very warm most of the time, although my toes did get cold while sitting still during a football game, but for my winters in NC, I expect they'll be more than enough to keep my feet warm. I told my husband I would have to absolutely love these shoes in order to keep them because of the price, and I do absolutely love them. I haven't been able to test the waterproof feature, but for the cold I am extremely pleased.

Rated 5 out of 5 by PleasedInTheBerkshires Beautiful boot
I purchased this boot for my adult daughter for Christmas. She immediately put them on and hasn't worn any other shoes or boots since. Like the reviewer before me, I was concerned perhaps they aren't leather, since the label inside is deceiving. But, the label on the bottom of the boot indicates the upper is indeed leather. After carefully looking at the material, they are indeed a beautiful soft leather and the brown is a beautiful color. As other reviewers have noted, this boot runs small. Heed this advice and order 1/2 to 1 size larger.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Happylife This boot runs small. Beware.
I have always loved the Clarks brand for comfort. And I am very happy with the look of this boot. Great style. But I knew as soon as I opened the box that the size was not going to work. The boots were that small and narrow. Definitely order up, way up.

Rated 3 out of 5 by CeceNYC Comfortable but not leather
These are advertised as leather on the website but nowhere on the boots does it say that they are leather. The label reads "upper 60% wool 40% nylon" and "lining/sock 100% polyester". The craftsmanship is also a little sloppy. That being said the boots are very comfortable and unlike many of the other reviews here, they do not fit me narrow. I walked 3 miles on the first day I wore them. It has not rained/snowed so I don't know if they are really waterproof, since they are not really leather.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Verysatisfuedcustomer I love them! Perfect fit!
I bought these to work in my garden but they're so comfortable that I find myself wearing them even when I'm just going to the store. I love these boots!

Rated 5 out of 5 by BlueRidgeWanderer Fashion + Comfort (at least, for the narrow-footed)
I bought these because I wanted something a little more rugged, and with a more comfortable sole, than my knee-high fashion boots, but a little more versatile than a true winter/rain boot. The side zipper is fantastic--they have the look of a lace-up, without all the hassle. As the last reviewer noted, these do run a bit narrow, but I have pretty narrow feet, so they're perfect for me. The toe box is rounded enough that it doesn't pinch at all, but not so wide that it looks clunky (though in my large shoe size, they definitely don't look quite as dainty as they do in the photo). For reference, I also own the Clarks Mullin Spice and Muckers Shale boots, all in size 9.5. I would say the Tavoy Junipers are a little roomier than the Mullin Spice, and slightly less roomy than the Muckers. In other shoe brands, I often wear a 9, so I'd recommend going up a half size, especially if you're hoping to wear these with thicker socks.
