You have likely seen how quickly the landscape within US retail stores, and the global retail landscape, is changing related to the coronavirus. We are constantly monitoring the latest developments and determining our course of action with the health and safety of our team as our greatest priority.
On March 18, we announced the temporary closure of all Clarks owned and operated U.S. store locations. State and federal government guidelines have also suggested the temporary closure of non-essential retail establishments. We look forward to reopening our stores when it is safe to do so.
As a result of our temporary store closures, we have adjusted our normal 60-day return policy. For in-store purchases made after January 15, 2020, we will accept returns in-store within 60 days of our stores reopening to allow you to return your in-store purchase.

To return an order placed online, you may continue to utilize our Free Returns by Mail method described in our Return Policy or you may return to one of our retail stores once they have reopened.
