Shipping & Delivery
Due to the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19, we are taking extra precautions to protect the health and safety of Clarks employees fulfilling your orders. You may experience delays in order processing and delivery while we continue to work diligently to get your order to you safely and quickly. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order ships and you are able to track your order.
Shipping Fee $6.00 or Free on orders over $50.
Clarks proudly offers FedEx Smartpost shipping for order $50 or more (not including taxes and after discounts). Please note, FedEx Smartpost requires the United States Postal Service (USPS) to make the final delivery in some circumstances.
Express orders placed before 2:00 PM ET will ship the same business day. Any orders coming in after this time will ship on the next business day, not including holidays.
Express orders cannot be shipped on weekends and or holidays and must ship to a physical address. We cannot ship Express to a PO Box, US Territories and/or Military addresses.

Orders shipping to Military Addresses and/or US Territories are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Transit times vary widely, so please allow 8-12 business days for delivery from the time your order was placed.
Please note: If you do not receive the USPS Tracking details in your Shipping Confirmation email, please wait 24 hours and check the Order Tracking page for those details.
If you ordered more than one item, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. Most packages are received within 1-2 business days of each other.

Gift cards will be shipped using the ship method chosen at checkout. Additional shipping costs may apply.

We are unable to support the use of international billing addresses or credit cards. Additionally, we do not ship to any destination outside of the United States and its territories at this time.
Our fulfillment center will be closed on the dates noted in the list below and will reopen on the following business day. As a result, all FedEx Next Day and FedEx 2nd Day orders placed after 2:00pm EST on the business day prior to our fulfillment center closing dates will not ship until the following business day.
For example, if you place an order via FedEx Next Day on Friday at 4pm and we are closed the following Monday, your order will ship on Tuesday and will be delivered on Wednesday.
