CLARKS ONLINE REWARDS PROGRAM FAQS
WHAT IS THE CLARKS ONLINE REWARDS PROGRAM?
It is a free loyalty program in the United States that rewards you for purchases made at www.clarksusa.com. It is currently a separate and distinct program from the Clarks In-Store Rewards Program.
HOW DO I JOIN?
To join Clarks Online Rewards Program, create an Online Account at https://www.clarksusa.com. When you create an Online Account, you will become a member. If you do not want to join the Program, you should check out as a Guest when making a purchase, and not create an Online Account.
WHAT IF I ALREADY HAVE AN ONLINE ACCOUNT?
If you already have an Online Account, there’s nothing additional you need to do, you're already a Clarks Online Rewards Program member. Purchases since 11/01/2018 will count towards earning Points. If you prefer to not be a Clarks Online Rewards Program member, you should disable or cancel your Online Account by calling Consumer Services at 1-800-211-5461.
CAN I CANCEL OR DELETE MY ONLINE ACCOUNT?
Yes, please call Consumer Services at 1-800-211-5461.
HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
Each time you make a purchase on https://www.clarksusa.com, and you are logged into your Online Account, you are eligible to earn one (1) Point for every $1 spent on merchandise on the Site. Once you earn 200 Points, you will be issued a Promo Code with a value of either $20, $40, or $60 depending on the number of Points earned in your transaction. Points cannot be earned for purchases made at any of Clarks retail or outlet store locations.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PROMO CODE?
For every $1 you spend at https://www.clarksusa.com, you will receive 1 Point. When you reach 200 Points (by spending $200), a $20 Promo Code will be emailed to you within approximately 7 days of the qualifying purchase. This email notification will also include your Points balance, if any.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY PROMO CODES?
Enter the Promo Code from your email notification during a subsequent checkout at https://www.clarksusa.com.
DO MY PROMO CODES EXPIRE?
Promo Codes expire 365 days from the date you receive it via email.
CAN I TRACK MY POINTS OR PROMO CODES ONLINE?
Unfortunately, right now you cannot track your Points or Promo Codes through your Online Account, and your Points and Promo Codes are not visible there. Your Promo Codes and Points Balance will be sent to you via email.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE OR MISPLACE A PROMO CODE?
Clarks is not responsible for lost or stolen Promo Codes, which are communicated to you via email. Clarks encourages you to keep close track of your email notifications. Promo Codes will not be reissued to you by Clarks.
CAN I STILL EARN POINTS IF DON’T LOG INTO MY ONLINE ACCOUNT WHEN MAKING A PURCHASE?
No, you cannot earn Points for a transaction if you are not logged into your Online Account at the time of purchase. Points cannot be added to your Online Account after you complete a transaction. In addition, if you check out as a Guest, you cannot earn Points.
CAN I STILL EARN POINTS IF I MAKE A PURCHASE OVER THE PHONE?
If you make a purchase with a Consumer Services Representative over the phone and provide the exact email address associated with your Online Account, Points will be earned. To earn Points this way, you must currently have an Online Account.
CAN I USE MY PROMO CODE WITH ANOTHER PROMOTIONAL CODE?
No, Promo Codes cannot be combined with other promotional codes. Only one Promo Code may be used per purchase. If you have another online code to use, you will need to choose which code to use in a single transaction.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T USE THE ENTIRE VALUE OF MY PROMO CODE?
Promo Codes are single use only, and must be used for their full value in a single transaction. Should you not use the full value in a single transaction, you forfeit the remaining balance of that Promo Code.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN ITEMS THAT I PURCHASED WITH A PROMO CODE?
If you return merchandise that you purchased with your Promo Code, you will be refunded the amount you paid (excluding the value of the Promo Code and any other discounts) to the original method of payment after we process your return in accordance with our Clarks Return Policy. Promo Codes are for one-time use only. You will not receive a replacement Promo Code for returned merchandise and Clarks will not credit the redeemed Points back to your Online Rewards Program Account after a return.
WHAT IF I AM ENROLLED IN CLARKS IN-STORE REWARDS PROGRAM?
You can enroll in the Clarks Online Rewards Program, too! Right now, these two programs are separate and distinct from each other, and you earn Points and Rewards separately for each program. You cannot combine in-store purchases with online purchases to earn Points or Rewards.
