2. PRIZE DRAW PERIOD: : The opening date is 0:00:01 (GMT) Friday 19 October 2018 and the closing date is 23:59:59 (GMT) Monday 22 October 2018.

3. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, follow @clarksshoes and @pendletonwm and comment on the Instagram post tagging three (3) friends. Limit one (1) entry per person, no purchase necessary. The Promoter will only accept original, undamaged entries and will not accept liability for any incomplete, lost, late or damaged entries. Once submitted entries become the exclusive property of the Promoter and will not be returned

4. PRIZES:

Two 2 winners will receive one (1) pair of Ottawa Peak boots featuring the Pendleton print and one (1) Pendleton blanket each, subject to availability (“Prize”). Winners must confirm the size of their Prize within seven (7) days of being notified of winning. The Prize is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be substituted once the size is confirmed. Prizes will be delivered to your chosen delivery address.

5. ELIGIBILITY: To enter you must be 18 years or over.

6. WINNER SELECTION: Winners will be randomly selected at 17:00:00 (GMT) on Monday 22 October 2018 from all eligible entries received.

7. NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified by a private direct message on Instagram within fourteen (14) days of the prize draw closing. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 72 hours of the initial attempt to notify them, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

8. DECISIONS OF THE PROMOTER: The decisions of the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding these decisions. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion and without liability, cancel the prize draw.

9. PRIZE WINNER LIST: With the winners’ consent, a list of the winners’ names will be published and tagged in the Promoter’s Instagram post.
